We welcome everyone. All events are free and for everyone. The Bukhara Biennial opens with three days of city-wide events blending contemporary art, performances, culinary experiences, workshops and public talks.

– Safar Puppet procession (Kamruzzaman Shadhin in collaboration with Zavkiddin Yodgorov) starting from the gates of Caravanserai
– Shiru-Shakar Performance at Olimjon Caravanserai.
– Through Bloom and Decay at Gavkushon Madrasa (Munisa Kholkhujaeva in collaboration with Anton Nozhenko)
– Bukhara Peace Agency Sozandas Performance (Anna Lublina in collaboration with Feruza Asatova, Gulrukh Norkulova, Mehriniso Samieva and Roziya Sharipova) at Caravanserai.
– Silk Roads–inspired snack bar activation at Subodh Gupta’s Installation Salt Carried by the Wind created in collaboration with Baxtiyor Nazirov
– Al Musalla Prize: On Weaving by EAST Architecture Studio, AKT II, and artist Rayyane Tabet at West gate of The Kalyan Mosque
