In the evenings, Subodh Gupta’s installation comes alive as a Silk Roads–inspired snack bar, created. Authentic North Indian samosas are freshly prepared and paired with inventive mocktails that combine Indian and Uzbek flavours, blending culinary craft with artistic expression.
