This panel will bring together five accomplished artists from across Central Asia - Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan - to explore how their cultural heritage and contemporary experiences shape their creative practices. The artists will share insights on how traditional Central Asian women's crafts, storytelling traditions, and the resilience of women in their communities serve as powerful sources of inspiration for both their artistic techniques and thematic explorations.
The talk will be available with simultaneous translation for all attendees.
This panel discussion is presented in association with ACWA Power Uzbekistan.
