Programme
The inaugural Bukhara Biennial, Recipes for Broken Hearts, was imagined as a recipe where time and new ingredients keep being added with each ongoing day of the exhibition. This means that the exhibition that you encounter transforms day by day across the run of the biennial, building upon the opening celebrations from 5 to 7 September 2025 and culminating with the closing celebrations from 16 to 20 November 2025.
